This takes place in Tokyo, Japan, where a secret alliance of dogs is secretly ninja assassins. They are tasked with taking out targets that are trying to take over the world. The ninja dogs are known as the ND (ninja doggy). They bring balance to the world and only work with other dogs. A man by the name of Yokomoto wants to take over the world by creating an army of super samurai. They destroy villages, and their goal is to take the royal palace. His mission is to first take over Japan, then the neighboring countries.
